Surah Yasin (Yaseen) | By Sheikh Abdur-Rahman As-Sudais | Full With Arabic Text (HD) | 36سورۃ یس بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم Hadith Usman Bin Affan (R.A) Reported:- The Messenger Of ALLAH (صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم) Said:- "The Best Amongst you is The One who Learn The Quran and Teaches It". Prophet ﷺ highly recommended fasting 15th Shabaan (mustahabb) and a vast majority of Predecessors of the Ummah kept this fast. Some people keep track of rakats on a misbaha (tasbih, rosary beads). In each rakat, recite one Surat al-Fatiha and ten Surat al-Ikhlas (total 1000 Surat al-Ikhlas). After Maghrib or Isha prayer, we read Surah Yasin three times, after each time read a special dua with the following intentions:Ģnd reading is for protection from calamities.ģrd reading is for not needing/relying on anyone but Allah ﷻ.Īfterwards, at home or in congregation, perform 100 rakats prayed in sets of two rakats. Allah ﷻ manifests His Beauty, Light and Knowledge on everyone who observes this night. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said the heart of Holy Qu'ran is Surah Yaseen, and Yaseen is the name of Prophet ﷺ, which means the heart of Qu'ran is Prophet ﷺ! Also, the heart of Yaseen is al-Fatihah, so when you recite Surah Yaseen on Laylat al-Bara'ah, you will be blessed. If a woman is prevented from praying/fasting (due to menstruation or forty days after childbirth), the angels complete her worship and present it to Allah.

If unable, select a considerable portion of the night, preferably the second half. One should remain awake this night and worship as much as possible. Feed people, remember Allah ﷻ, remember His Prophet ﷺ, to pray its night and fast its day. It is important to uphold these traditions, to spend it in total submission to Allah Almighty and refrain from any activities which may displease Him. Traditions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ prove it is a meritorious night in which people on Earth are attended by special Divine Mercy. THE NIGHT OF BARA`AH (NISF SHA `BAAN ) is between the 14th and 15th day of Sha`baan.
